 Rachel Lau is a junior public relations major. Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, she loves to spend time with family and friends. She also likes to cook and bake, and she watches the Food Network religiously. Rachel loves the fact that there are so many new food trailers and restaurants to try in Austin.
